Making a Purchase

Once you have made your selection of Radiator, click on the "checkout" button and you will be directed to our payment site, this is a third party payment site - no card details will be held by ourselves. Payment can be made by the following cards - VISA, Mastercard, VISA Debit, Electron.

Please provide your full invoice and delivery addresses. Once you have completed your transaction you will be issued with an order number, please use this in future corrospondance regarding your order.

By completing your order you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on our website.


The prices featured on our website and are fully inclusive of VAT and delivery. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

In the unlikely event of an error in pricing, description or inaccuracy occurring on our website we reserve the right to not process your order. If this occurs we will contact you with correct details and amended offer.


£20 delivery charge applies to UK Mainland only. It may be possible for off shore or remote deliveries, these are subject to an additional carriage charge where delivery is possible. Please email us prior to ordering to discuss carriage charges.

We endeavour to deliver your order within 5 working days depending on stock availability. Due to popularity of our radiators, there may be on occasions that we are unable to deliver your purchase within the specified time scale. If such issues may arise, be assured that we will contact you at the very earliest to discuss an alternative delivery date.

You will receive a call or email to inform you of when your order will be delivered. If you are not able to accept the delivery, please contact us to rearrange or inform us of an alternative address (eg. Neighbour, workplace, etc.) Centralradiators.com may have to make an additional charge for redelivery.

Our delivery days/times are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm, we do not deliver on weekends or Bank holidays. Unfortunately we cannot give you a specific time as to when your radiators/goods will be delivered, you can however call us on the day of delivery and we may be able to source a more accurate time as to when it will be delivered. We will try and endeavour deliveries to be made between these hours, we cannot accept responsibility for failure to deliver between these times/dates. We will (within our control) try to honour delivery requests - although it is not guaranteed that these can be met.

On arrival of your order please check carefully to ensure there is no signs of damage. Any goods with visible damage should be refused and returned with the driver. Once accepted all damages, faults or incorrect items should be notified to us on tba@central-radiators.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

It is recommended that you do not book an installer until you have receipt of the goods and ensure they are in good condition. Central Radiators will not be held responsible for any costs to installers for late or unchecked goods. Please do not install your item if damaged as once installed you have agreed to the item(s) being in good condition.

Cancellation, Return & Refunds

Cancelled orders must be made in good time prior to dispatch from ourselves. If you find that you not longer wish to keep the item(s) you have purchased you must contact our customer service team to arrange the items to be sent back to us. Cancelled items that have been delivered will incur a 30% restocking charge and collection charge where applicable.

Any items that appear to have a manufacturing fault will be refunded or exchanged at our cost.


All of our items come with a warranty from the manufacturers. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
